When you enter, you will immediately notice the monumental columns with a handmade mosaic consisting of 67 000 individual pieces that make up portraits of James Dean and Marilyn Monroe. These artistic masterpieces took up about 3 months to be completed!
You comfort is guaranteed thanks to our authentic diner style furniture which was inspired by Chevrolet Bel Air’s armchairs from 1952. All the furniture was made exclusively for our business.
It is decorated with Elektra’s coffee machine "Belle Epoque" from the famous motive Java Dreams, where you can see "a Holy Trinity" of James Dean, Marilyn Monroe and Elvis Presley standing at the bar with the same type of coffee machine.
We are also very proud to have a Coco-Cola cash register at the bar. It is a fully functional model (type No. 721) and when it opens, you can to hear the typical "cash" sound, also known as Cha-Ching.
Next to the entrance you may notice a Seeburg Coca-Cola Jukebox from 1949 that is very well preserved and still fully functional. It is the only one piece in whole Europe and a rarity overall.
The wooden stalls and mirrors are decorated with 15 pictures, all of which have been hand made using the air brush method. Every single piece is an original with each of them taking 3 - 5 days to be painted.
The toilets on both floors are an attraction for many curious photographers. The toilet that is located on the upper floor is a great representative of the "Pop-Art" style which became well-known worldwide thanks to the one and only Andy Warhol. Even the toilets have rare features, such as the urinals Kisses!, originally designed for JFK airport in New York, USA.
The space behind the podium is dominated by the imposing silhouette of James Dean on his motorcycle, which is hand-painted on the red bricks. The same real motorcycle actually hangs above the podium. It is an original from 1955 – the phenomenal Triumph 1955 Trophy.
If you continue downstairs, you will immediately feel like you stepped into an old American Underground. When you actually get to the basement, you will suddenly find yourself in the middle of an American petrol station. Here, you may sit on a sofa which is made from a part of the Lincoln Continental HardTop Sedan. The remainder of the car is situated in the Lincoln’s lounge where you can also find an original parking meter from the USA as well as black and white leather car seats. Next to the Lincoln’s lounge is a garage where curious visitors can, after a careful investigation, find an old, authentic rusty gas station.There are three cracked barrels for you to place drinks on and enjoy the view of our collection of jerry cans.
The main feature of the dance floor is a hand-forged metal cage where you can admire dancers dressed in sexy retro costumes. The entire space of the music club is decorated with many industrial elements from old factories (e.g. lights, valves, alarm clocks, pipes, tubes,...). The whole bar is lined with Harley Davidson leather bar stools just like in James Dean's most famous movie Rebel Without a Cause (1955).
Only a careful observer may appreciate the collectible value of the items originating from the 1950s: registration marks, photos or even objects of everyday use and many more. All signs are an true original vintage from the American 1950s.
It took us just 4 months to extensively reconstruct the whole facility, in where we needed to import a total of 14 tons of iron and other metal elements.
We are the only place in the Czech Republic that offers Vanilla Coca-Cola, juices Organic Village and organic teas NUMI.
