The ground rules for booking a table

This is a translation for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Czech version prevails.
- Who runs the reservations. The booking system at jamesdean.cz is run by GASTRO 55 s.r.o., the operator of James Dean Prague, V Kolkovně 922/1, Prague 1.
- Request and confirmation. Sending the form on the website or a request through an AI assistant creates a reservation request. The reservation is valid only once we confirm it by text or e-mail. We may decline a request, for example when we are full or a private event takes place.
- When and for how many. Online booking is for 1 to 10 guests. Bigger groups and special requests are arranged by phone.
- Holding the table. We hold your table for 15 minutes from the reserved time. After that we may give it to other guests.
- Cancellation. Cancel with the link in the confirmation or by phone. Cancelling is free. We may also cancel a reservation; we always let you know and give the reason.
- Price. Reservations are free and nothing is paid when booking. A minimum spend may apply to some tables; we tell you in advance and it is stated in the confirmation.
- Booking through an AI assistant. The assistant sends the request on your behalf. You are responsible for the details it gives us; have it repeat them before sending. To protect guests and staff, the number of requests through assistants is limited.
- Personal data. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
- Contact. info@jamesdean.cz, +420 606 97 97 97.
