# Reservation terms

The ground rules for booking a table

Last updated: October 4, 2026

This is a translation for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Czech version prevails.

1. **Who runs the reservations.** The booking system at jamesdean.cz is run by GASTRO 55 s.r.o., the operator of James Dean Prague, V Kolkovně 922/1, Prague 1.
2. **Request and confirmation.** Sending the form on the website or a request through an AI assistant creates a reservation request. The reservation is valid only once we confirm it by text or e-mail. We may decline a request, for example when we are full or a private event takes place.
3. **When and for how many.** Online booking is for 1 to 10 guests. Bigger groups and special requests are arranged by phone.
4. **Holding the table.** We hold your table for 15 minutes from the reserved time. After that we may give it to other guests.
5. **Cancellation.** Cancel with the link in the confirmation or by phone. Cancelling is free. We may also cancel a reservation; we always let you know and give the reason.
6. **Price.** Reservations are free and nothing is paid when booking. A minimum spend may apply to some tables; we tell you in advance and it is stated in the confirmation.
7. **[Booking through an AI assistant.](https://jamesdean.cz/en/assistant)** The assistant sends the request on your behalf. You are responsible for the details it gives us; have it repeat them before sending. To protect guests and staff, the number of requests through assistants is limited.
8. **Personal data.** Our [privacy policy](https://jamesdean.cz/en/privacy) explains how we handle your data.
9. **Contact.** [info@jamesdean.cz](mailto:info@jamesdean.cz), [+420 606 97 97 97](tel:+420606979797).
